Common use of Equipment, Machinery and Other Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Equipment, Machinery and Other Tangible Personal Property. All machinery, equipment, leasehold improvements, automobiles, supplies, office furniture and office equipment, computing and telecommunications equipment and other items of personal property that are owned by Seller and used in connection with the Business, including those described in Schedule 2.1.3 hereto;

All machinery, equipment, leasehold improvements, trucks, automobiles, supplies, office furniture and office equipmentfurniture, leasehold improvements, leasehold improvements, computing and telecommunications equipment and other items of personal property that are owned by Seller and used in connection with the BusinessBusiness including, including those described in Schedule 2.1.3 hereto;without limitation, all Contracts with the Seller's customers or clients.

All machinery, equipment, leasehold improvements, trucks, automobiles, supplies, office furniture and office equipmentfurniture, computing and telecommunications equipment and other items of personal property that are owned by Seller and used in connection with the BusinessBusiness including, including those described in Schedule 2.1.3 hereto;without limitation, all Contracts with the Seller's customers or clients.
