EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE PLAN. A. Within two (2) days of contract award the Contractor shall submit an Equipment Maintenance Plan for meeting OSHA requirements, repairs and routine maintenance for its equipment. The Contractor shall provide documentation to OCCC Representative available for review and acceptance in accordance to OSHA Standards and regulations.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE PLAN. 17.1 As an alternative to a supplier warranty, ASK IT offers its subscribers the option to add an Equipment Maintenance Plan that covers installed equipment including antenna, Wi-Fi router, Power supplies and cabling against the following event. • Rain/Storm/Water Damage • Electrical Surges including lightning. • Any latent defects The cost of any repairs or replacement that is required will be borne by ASK IT. The cover includes any travelling and/or call- out fees. The following conditions are not covered by the Equipment Maintenance Plan: • Malicious damage • Theft • Rust • Unauthorized service/opening by non-ASK IT personnel 18.1. TERMINATION YOU ARE ENTITLED TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT: 18.1.1. Up on the expiry of the Fixed Term, without penalty or charge, but subject to what is set out below; or ASK IT may terminate or suspend this Agreement in writing immediately if: 18.1.1.1. The Communications Network or the System is destroyed or so irreparably damaged that ASK IT cannot reasonably provide the Service. 18.1.1.2. In the event of your death, application is made for your sequestration, you enter any kind of arrangement or settlement or scheme with your creditors or if a receiving order or administrate on order is made against You. subject to the terms of a subscription waiver policy applicable. 18.1.1.5. Any legal proceedings are taken against You by ASK IT. Or by a third party relating to the Apparatus and/or Equipment, the Services or the Premises or any part of the Premises. 18.1.1.6. You fail to follow any recommendations ASK IT to make for repairing or replace faulty or old parts of the Apparatus and/or Equipment, or for repairs to the Premises which ASK IT to consider necessary ...

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract: 1. Maintenance to bring the Equipment into compliance with any law, rule, or regulation if such law, rule, or regulation was not in effect on the acceptance date. 2. Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 3. Furnishing platens, supplies, or accessories, making specification changes, or adding, or removing approved accessories, attachments or other devices except as set forth herein. 4. Maintenance or increase in maintenance time resulting from any improper use, maintenance, or connection to other equipment (not done by the Contractor) that results in damage to the Equipment. 5. Activities required restoring the Equipment to good operating condition if the problem has resulted from someone other than Contractor's authorized service personnel repairing, modifying or performing any maintenance service on the Equipment.

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.
