EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY OPERATOR. The machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, instruments, services and labor hereinafter listed, including any transportation required for such items, shall be provided at the well location at the expense of Operator unless otherwise noted by this Contract.
