Equipment Monitoring Service. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Equipment Monitoring Service is a Digital Service provided by Sandvik based on Input Data received by Xxxxxxx; and (b) Sandvik does not warrant (and cannot guarantee) that the Equipment Monitoring Service completely and accurately reflects the factual condition of the Connected Equipment; and (c) it is the Purchaser’s sole responsibility to: (i) review the information in relation to the Equipment Monitoring Service; and (ii) confirm the actual condition of the Connected Equipment.
