Common use of Equipment or Materials Clause in Contracts

Equipment or Materials. CRO may provide, or arrange for a vendor to provide, certain equipment (“Equipment”) or proprietary materials for use by Principal Investigator or Institution during the conduct of Study. Such proprietary materials may include computer software, methodologies, rating scales and other instruments that are owned or licensed for use by CRO or Pfizer (collectively, “Materials”).
