---EQUIPMENT PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES. The Licensee shall give notice in writing of its policies and practices regarding cable-related Subscriber equipment to potential Subscribers before a subscription agreement is reached and annually to all existing Subscribers. Thirty (30) days prior to changing one of its policies and/or practices regarding equipment, the Licensee shall notify, in writing, the Cable Division, the Issuing Authority and all affected Subscribers of the change, including a description of the changed policy and/or practice, in a typeface that can be easily read and understood by Subscribers.
