EQUIPMENT PRE-DELIVERY AND START UP. A. Prior to Equipment installation, Seller shall participate in Buyer's installation design reviews, identify any flaws in the designs that would impair the successful installation of Seller's Equipment, and shall approve final design revisions. B. After Buyer has completed Equipment facilitization, Seller shall work the required amount of hours in order to ensure Equipment is installed and started up to meet Purchase Specification acceptance criteria and production ramp requirements. At a minimum, this shall include final connection, pre-safety certification hookup work, mechanical, electrical, software functionality testing, chemical functionality testing, acceptance to Purchase Specification criteria, and process module qualification (final acceptance). Buyer and Seller shall co-develop plans, Xxxxx charts or other tools that are necessary to ensure Equipment is ready for each phase of Buyer's production ramp.
