Common use of Equipment provided by the Employer Clause in Contracts

Equipment provided by the Employer. Prior to starting work on the Affected Site, the Contractor will compile the list of the Employer’s equipment which is on site and will be used for the execution of the contract. This list will be signed off by the Contractor and the Service Manager. All of the Employer’s equipment will be returned to the Employer by the Contractor upon termination of the contract.
