Equipment Purchase Sublimit. In addition to Section 4.2 above, Borrower will repay all advances under the Equipment Purchase Sublimit in thirty-six (36) equal and consecutive monthly installments of principal, commencing on the first anniversary of the date of the first draw under the Equipment Purchase Sublimit and continuing on the same day of each of the next thirty-five (35) consecutive months. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all advances under the Capital Expenditures Sublimit, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, shall be due and payable in full ON DEMAND during the continuance of an Event of Default or immediately upon the expiration of the initial Contract Period.
