Common use of Equipment Relocation Fees Clause in Contracts

Equipment Relocation Fees. Section 5.D. of the Standard Terms and Conditions is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Worldspan reserves the right to levy an additional charge over and above the Standard Fees for installations, relocations or removals that are requested with less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice, or those that are requested outside of normal business hours in accordance with the Table of Services and Charges.”
