Equipment Screening. Tenants requiring mechanical or electrical equipment, antennas, and the like shall not be placed on the roof or the exterior of the building without the prior express written approval of Landlord. All such equipment, if allowed, shall be screened from the view of the public from any point within the project site. All screening materials, construction details, and construction techniques shall be approved by Landlord in writing, prior to any such work by Tenant. --------------------
Equipment Screening. Roof top HVAC equipment located closer than 60 feet to the building perimeter shall be screened from view.
Equipment Screening. All ground mounted utility appurtenances such as transformers, AC condensers, backflow devices, etc., shall be located out of public view and adequately screened in such a manner as to minimize the visual and acoustical impact. Screening may include a combination of landscaping and/or masonry or lattice walls or berming to the satisfaction of the Community Development Director. Whenever possible, utility transformers shall be placed in underground vaults. All gas and electrical meters shall be concealed and/or painted to match the building.
