Common use of Equipment Warranty Clause in Contracts

Equipment Warranty. Dell warrants that Equipment, under normal usage and with regular recommended service, will be free from material defects in material and workmanship, and that Equipment will perform substantially in accordance with the corresponding standard documentation issued by Dell for the applicable Equipment.
