Common use of Erasure on Period expiry Clause in Contracts

Erasure on Period expiry. Upon expiry of the Period, Client shall order Agile to erase all Client Personal Data (including existing copies) from Agile systems in accordance with the applicable law. Agile shall execute this instruction as soon as reasonably possible, unless European and domestic requires further storage in compliance with art. 2.7 of the Contract, which is deemed to be referred to in full herein.
