Error Correction Attempts. BITEEU may, at its option and discretion, attempt to correct, reverse or cancel any Order, Trade or transfer with respect to which BITEEU has discovered that there was an error, whether such error was by User, BITEEU or a third party. User hereby authorizes BITEEU to attempt any such correction, reversal or cancellation described in the preceding sentence. BITEEU provides no guarantee or warranty that any such attempt will be successful and will have no responsibility or liability for the error or any correction attempt. In the case of transactions and / or transfer of funds and / or attempts to carry out the above operations, these actions will be regarded as fraud.
