Common use of Errors and Omissions Coverage Clause in Contracts

Errors and Omissions Coverage. Producer agrees to maintain errors and omissions insurance covering its property and casualty operations, including the obligations of this Agreement, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per claim and annual aggregate, written by an insurance carrier that is A rated or better. Producer agrees to annually provide AgentSecure with a copy of the errors and omissions insurance policy together with all amendments, endorsements, renewals, replacements and cancellations of such policy during the term of this Agreement.
