Escrow Agent Responsibilities and Representations. (a) Escrow Agent agrees to provide the Services requested by Authorized Person(s) (as identified in the ―Authorized Person(s)/Notices Table‖ below) representing the Depositor or Beneficiary in a Work Request. Escrow Agent may reject a Work Request (in whole or in part), except for any Work Request by Beneficiary to Release Deposit Material, that does not contain all required information at any time upon notification to the Party originating the Work Request.
