Essential Requirements. Contractor shall: a. The Program will operate twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week to ensure availability and accessibility for families experiencing homelessness. b. Maintain a holiday schedule consistent with County’s holiday schedule, unless otherwise approved, in advance and in writing, by Administrator. c. Operate the Program to include flexibilities to meet with eligible Participants outside of typical operation hours, if needed related to conflicts with employment or other appropriate factors. d. Have a 24-hour contact available to Program staff for emergency purposes and communication policies and procedures in place to notify County as appropriate. e. Have a 24 hour contact available to County for emergency purposes and to coordinate response as appropriate. f. Ensure that all Contractor staff and volunteers working in support of the Contract complete training on confidentiality and compliance to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to maintain Participant information and PII private, confidential, secure, etc.
