Establishing Routes. Franchisee shall have the right to establish and change collection routes and collection days to provide for efficient operation and service. If any such route change results in a difference in collection service, the occupant of the affected premises shall be given at least ten (10) days’ notice in writing. If a route change results in a pick-up at any premises on a later day in the week than the previous pick-up date, Franchisee shall provide one extra pick-up without charge for the premises so affected, in order that Solid Waste will not accumulate more than seven (7) consecutive days.

  • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will not be added until approved by Boys & Girls Clubs and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require seven (7) calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date of implementation.

  • Bus Routes A regular home-to-school, school-to-home, or a regularly scheduled mid-day 47 route.

  • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.

  • Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.
