Collection Routes. (a) The City agrees to lay out the collection routes involved in the provision of these services such that the services meet the needs of citizens/customers at the least cost.
Collection Routes. Contractor shall work with City staff to develop routes prior to the Commencement Date. Contractor may request changes to collection routes that are determined to be more efficient than those that would otherwise be in effect on the Commencement Date or to which the Parties later agree; provided, however, no change in collection routes shall be made unless:

CONTRACTOR shall provide the City Representative with maps precisely defining CONTRACTOR’s collection routes, together with the days and the times within ten (10) Work Days of the CITY’s request. The maps shall be printed and in an electronic format compatible with the ESRI Shapefile Technical Description “An ESRI White Paper – July 1998” (or the most current version of this document). Collection Routes. Franchisee shall establish and maintain collection routes in such manner to provide for the uniform and efficient collection of solid waste materials including recycling materials and green waste materials on a Monday-through-Friday basis and commercial, industrial, institutional and governmental customers on a Monday-through-Saturday basis. Franchisee shall not schedule collection on Sundays, except as authorized by the City Manager. For all residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and governmental customers who require more than one (1) collection per week, Franchisee shall schedule collections at appropriately spaced intervals throughout the work week, or as requested by the customer or the City. Any collection routes in place on Franchise date may be reorganized from their current schedule in order to provide the highest level of service at the least cost. Changes to the collection routes and collection days must be reviewed, coordinated and approved by the City as provided in this Section and other applicable sections of this Franchise.
Collection Routes. A. The Contractor shall establish regular routes for collection of each type of solid waste. Routes must be provided and approved by the City.

To the extent 1812 possible, CONTRACTOR will provide the map data in a GIS format that is compatible with the 1813 format used by the TOWN. 1814 11.02 Subsequent Collection Route Changes. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the 1815 TOWN, in writing, any proposed route change (including maps thereof) not less than sixty (60) 1816 calendar days prior to the proposed date of implementation. To the extent possible, 1817 CONTRACTOR will provide the map data in a GIS format that is compatible with the format 1818 used by the TOWN. 1819 11.02.1 CONTRACTOR shall not implement any route changes without 1820 the prior review and written approval of the Town Representative. If the route change will 1821 change the collection day for a Service Recipient, CONTRACTOR shall notify those Service 1822 Recipients in writing of route changes not less than thirty (30) days prior to the proposed date of 1823 implementation. 1824 11.02.2 Collection Route Audits. The TOWN reserves the right to conduct 1825 audits of CONTRACTOR’S collection routes. CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with the TOWN 1826 in connection therewith, including permitting TOWN employees or agents, designated by the 1827 Town Representative, to ride in the collection vehicles in order to conduct the audits.
Collection Routes. The Contractor shall establish routes for the collection of solid waste, yard waste, and recyclables. The Contractor’s collection schedule and collection routes shall be filed with the City Administrator, or their designee as provided in writing.
