Establishment and Maintenance of HRA Account. 1. Effective with the starting date of the 2004-2005 school year, the Board will establish a HRA (Health Retirement Account) for each teacher who did not qualify for unreduced INPRS retirement benefits prior to the start of the 2004-2005 school year. 2. The HRA account carrier will be selected by mutual agreement between the Board and the Association. The plan document will also be determined by mutual agreement. 3. The Board and the Association will establish a Deferred Compensation Plans Oversight Committee.
