Establishment of a Defined Contribution Retirement Benefit Trust. The Union and the Employer hereby agree to sponsor and create a joint labor and management (Xxxx-Xxxxxxx) defined contribution plan and trust fund, effective July 1, 2015. The Employer shall become and remain a participating Employer in the SEIU 775 Secure Retirement Trust (“Secure Retirement Trust”) during the complete life of this Agreement, and any extension thereof.
