Common use of Establishment of Final Project Budget, Targets Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Final Project Budget, Targets. Outputs, Outcomes. The OAG, at its sole discretion, establishes the initial budget for this grant project considered under this contract, as reflected on the attached Exhibit A. If any adjustments were made by the OAG to GRANTEE’s budget, those adjustments will be reflected on the attached Exhibit A. The OAG, at its sole discretion, will establish the final project targets, outputs, and outcomes based on the Grant Application submitted by the GRANTEE and accepted by the OAG. In addition, the OAG, at its sole discretion, may adjust GRANTEE’s budget, targets, outputs, outcomes, and/or any other items as deemed appropriate by the OAG, at any time, during the term of this contract.

The OAG, at its sole discretion, establishes the initial budget Budget for this grant project considered under this contractproject, as reflected on the attached Exhibit A. If any Special Conditions were imposed by the OAG, those provisions will be reflected on the attached Exhibit C. The OAG, at its sole discretion, will establish the final project targets, outputs, and outcomes based on the Grant Application submitted by the GRANTEE and accepted by the OAGoutcomes. In addition, the OAG, at its sole discretion, may adjust GRANTEE’s budget, targets, outputs, outcomes, and/or any other items as deemed appropriate by the OAG, at any time, during the term of this contract.
