Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:
Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.
Program Reporting Contractor shall provide such data as may be required by the Board, in the form required by the Board to fulfill its obligations as a public school district, as well as academic, financial and other program records and reports as requested by the Board for program accreditation, monitoring, payment, and auditing. Such data and reports shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. See the Progress Report Format Attachment for the recommended specifications. • Submit a monthly or quarterly Invoice that follows the instructions in the “Payment of Funds” section of the terms and conditions, including a financial report on Match Fund and in-state expenditures. Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
Interim Reports From time to time, but no less frequently than monthly, the Sponsor shall cause to be prepared and delivered (at the expense of this FuturesAccess Fund), to each Investor interim reports indicating this FuturesAccess Fund’s estimated results of operations and presenting such other matters concerning this FuturesAccess Fund’s operations as the Sponsor may deem appropriate as well as those required by the applicable Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations. The estimated performance of this FuturesAccess Fund will be available upon request to the Sponsor by any Investor.
Other Programs Nothing contained in this performance stock unit agreement shall affect the right of the Award Holder to participate in and receive benefits under and in accordance with the then current provisions of any pension, insurance, profit-sharing or other employee benefit plan or program of the Corporation or of any Subsidiary of the Corporation.
Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
Daily Reports On each Business Day, the Servicer, with prior notice, shall prepare and make available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the preceding Business Day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the preceding Business Day.
