Common use of Establishment of Grievance and Arbitration Procedure Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Grievance and Arbitration Procedure. Grievances or complaints arising between the Employer and its employees subject to this Agreement, or the Employer and the Union, with respect to the interpretation or application of any of the terms of this Agreement, shall be settled according to the following procedure. Subject to the terms of this Article relating to cases of dismissal or suspension for cause or of involuntary resignation, only matters dealing with the interpretation or application of terms of this Agreement shall be subject to this grievance procedure.
