Establishment of Revenue Fund. There is hereby created and established with the Trustee a trust fund in the name of the Issuer to be designated the “Education Services Facility Lease Revenue Bonds (SWWC Service Cooperative), Series 2024 Revenue Fund” (the “Revenue Fund”). The Borrower will cause the Cooperative to deposit when due all Lease Payments due under the Lease directly to the Trustee for deposit in the Revenue Fund. Any earnings realized from investments in the Revenue Fund shall be credited to the Revenue Fund. As and when received each month, the Trustee shall apply any funds from the Revenue Fund in the following priority:
