Redeveloper(s) authorized by the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis ("LCRA") to redevelop property in the Area (hereafter referred to as "Redeveloper(s)") shall be permitted to use the property within the Area for only the above proposed uses.

Both parties understand that the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee is bound by the Wisconsin Public Records Law, and as such, all of the terms of this Agreement are subject to and conditioned on the provisions of Wis.
The Contractor acknowledges that it is obligated to assist the Redevelopment Authority in retaining and producing records that are subject to Wisconsin Public Records Law, and that the failure to do so shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, and that the Contractor must defend and hold the Redevelopment Authority harmless from liability under that law.

This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage by the Community Redevelopment Authority of the City.
