Redevelopment Authority definition

Redevelopment Authority means the Xxxxxx County Convention and Recreational Facilities Authority created under IC 36-10-9.1 and acting pursuant to IC 36-7-15.3.
Redevelopment Authority means an authority established under an Act referred to in section 6(4) of the Act;
