Common use of ESTATE SETTLEMENT Clause in Contracts

ESTATE SETTLEMENT. Any payment that may be due the estate, and not a named beneficiary, of the Pilot under this Agreement, may be made by the Company by payment to such person as may furnish the Company with a court certificate evidencing his appointment as legal representative of the estate and the receipt by such person of such payment shall release the Company of any further obligation to the estate of any other person with respect to such payment.
