ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of construction for the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND and 00/100 DOLLARS ($700,000.00). B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include: (1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and (2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations. C. The Parties anticipate receipt of CARS Funding of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND and 00/100 DOLLARS ($350,000.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement. D. The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) COUNTY shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% an estimated amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($7,500.00) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00)Improvement. (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00311,332.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) COUNTY LEAWOOD shall pay 5025% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00121,200.00). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 5075% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00363,600.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The Parties anticipate receipt of CARS Federal Funding of THREE FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FORTY THOUSAND and 00/100 DOLLARS ($350,000.004,240,000.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement. The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) COUNTY UNIFIED GOVERNMENT shall pay 50100% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.001,360,000.00). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 500% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.000.00). (3) Each Party UNIFIED GOVERNMENT shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or and easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionallyand if necessary, each Party any related condemnation expenses. (4) UNIFIED GOVERNMENT shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) COUNTY LEAWOOD shall pay 5020% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.0030,800). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 5080% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00123,200). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations. C. The Parties anticipate receipt of CARS Funding from the CITY OF LENEXA, KANSAS of THREE ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND and 00/100 FIVE HUNDRED TWELVE AND 88/100 DOLLARS ($350,000.00186,512.88) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvement. D. The remaining cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) COUNTY XXXXXX shall pay 505% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 82% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $175,000.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.
