Common use of ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT Clause in Contracts

ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. A. The estimated cost of the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($600,000.00). B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include: (1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and (2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations. C. The cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The estimated cost of construction for the Improvement covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right-of-way or easement acquisition, is SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($600,000.0075,000.00). B. The cost of making the Improvement shall include: (1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and (2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations. C. The cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM PRAIRIE VILLAGE shall pay 5059% of the local said Improvement, total share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)44,000.00. (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 5041% of the local said Improvement, total share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)31,000.00. (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The local share of the cost for construction of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM PRAIRIE VILLAGE shall pay 50% an estimated amount of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($116,550.00) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)Improvement. (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% an estimated amount of Sixty-eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($68,450) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)Improvement. (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.0081,000.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 5033% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be Sixteen Thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS ($300,000.0016,000.00)). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The cost of making the Improvement shall include: (1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and (2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations. C. The local share of the cost for construction of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM LEAWOOD shall pay 50% an estimated amount of One Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($100,950.00) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)Improvement. (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% an estimated amount of Forty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($47,950.00) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)Improvement. (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The local share of the cost for construction of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM LENEXA shall pay 50% an estimated amount of Fifteen Thousand Twenty-two and 00/100 Dollars ($15,022.00) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)Improvement. (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% an estimated amount of Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-eight and 00/100 Dollars ($25,578.00) of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.00)Improvement. (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM MISSION shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be Nine Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($300,000.009,500.00)). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be Nine Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($300,000.009,500.00)). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

The cost of making the Improvement shall include: (1) Labor and material used in making the Improvement; and (2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvement, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvement. These expenses include but are not limited to design, project administration, construction inspection, material testing and utility relocations. C. The cost of making the said Improvement shall be distributed between the Parties as follows: (1) MERRIAM LEAWOOD shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.005,845.00). (2) OVERLAND PARK shall pay 50% of the local share of said Improvement (estimated to be $300,000.005,845.00). (3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

(3) Each Party shall acquire and pay all costs associated with the right-of-way or easement acquisition for that portion of the project located within its respective boundary. Additionally, each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.
