Estimated Price. You agree we may provide you with an estimated price (Estimated Price) for Project Services, calculated based on the Services and any Deliverables to be provided, as further particularised in any Quote.
Estimated Price. The estimated price is based on the assumed number of outages as given in the price list of this contract. This number of outages may change.

The ENS shall be calculated by Teijin based on the estimated average per unit Net Sales of the Finished Product in the Territory, as set forth, in good faith, in its annual budget for such Fiscal Year.
