Estimated Price. You agree we may provide you with an estimated price (Estimated Price) for Project Services, calculated based on the Services and any Deliverables to be provided, as further particularised in any Quote.
Estimated Price. The estimated price is based on the assumed number of outages as given in the price list of this contract. This number of outages may change.
Estimated Price. No later than ** the first Product in the first Indication in the Kissei Territory, Kissei shall calculate and report to Rigel its good-faith, estimated average per unit Net Sales price for the Product in the Kissei Territory (the “ENS”) until the end of that Calendar Year. Thereafter, no later than ** before the beginning of each Calendar Year, Kissei shall calculate and report to Rigel the ENS for the Product in the Kissei Territory for such Calendar Year. The ENS shall be calculated and reported by Xxxxxx on a country-by-country basis.
Estimated Price. No later than [ * ] month before the beginning of each Fiscal Year after Teijin’s first filing of the MAA for the Licensed Product, Teijin shall calculate and report to Versartis its good-faith, estimated average per unit Net Sales price for Finished Product in the Territory for such Fiscal Year (the “ENS”). The ENS shall be calculated by Teijin based on the estimated average per unit Net Sales of the Finished Product in the Territory, as set forth, in good faith, in its annual budget for such Fiscal Year.
Estimated Price. On the Closing Date as defined in Article 4.1 below, the Purchaser shall pay a proportionate share of the Estimated Price to each Seller by certified check or wire transfer in proportion to his respective holding of Shares in the proportions set forth in Schedule 8 and each Seller shall give to the Purchaser a receipt for that part of the Estimated Price received by him For purposes of this Article 2.1, the “Estimated Price” shall be EUR 7,161,701.
Estimated Price. If an estimated price is specified in a SOW or elsewhere, it is not warranted by ELEKTA, and it represents ELEKTA's reasonable efforts, based on information made available, to estimate the cost of Professional Services which will be required to accomplish the tasks described.
