Estimated Schedule. The start date and end date of the Services are as specified on the Order Form. IBM will use commercially reasonable efforts to carry out its obligations in accordance with any dates or time periods referred to or specified in the Order Form. However, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Order Form, the parties agree that any date or time period stated in the Order Form is intended for planning and estimating purposes only, and is not contractually binding.
