Ethical Framework. The Members of the Board who are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council are subject to the conflict of interest provisions of the AAD and the conflict of interest provisions of the PSOA and its regulations. Board Members shall not use any information gained as a result of their appointment to or membership on the Board for personal gain or benefit.
