ETHICS IN PUBLIC OFFICE. The Contractor warrants to the Purchaser that neither the Contractor nor any person on the Contractor's behalf has committed any offence under the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 to 2010 or the Ethics in Public Office Acts 1995 and 2001 in connection with this Contract or the Works, and nor will they commit any such offence.
