ETHICS IN PUBLIC OFFICE. 13.1 The Supplier warrants to the Employer that neither the Supplier nor any person on the Supplier’s behalf has committed any offence under the Prevention of Corruption Acts 1889 to 2010 or the Ethics in Public Office Acts 1995 and 2001 in connection with this Conditions or the Products, and nor will they commit any such offence.
