ETICKÁ PRAVIDLA. 8.1 Příjemce se zavazuje realizovat Projekt v souladu s nejvyššími etickými standardy a platným evropským, mezinárodním a národním právem upravujícím principy etiky. 8.2 Příjemce se v souvislosti s realizací Projektu zavazuje respektovat a zajistit dodržování základních hodnot EU, jako např. respektování práva na lidskou důstojnost, fyzickou a psychickou integritu osob, svobodu, demokracii, rovnost, právní stát, respektování lidských práv včetně ochrany menšin a práva na ochranu osobních údajů. 8.3 Příjemce je povinen v souvislosti s realizací Projektu přijmout veškerá opatření k ochraně životního prostředí a zajištění vysokého úrovně ochrany lidského zdraví. 8.4 Příjemce je povinen v souvislosti s realizací Projektu přijmout veškerá opatření na podporu rovných příležitostí pro muže a ženy a snažit se v co největší možné xxxx o genderovou vyváženost na všech úrovních zaměstnanců pověřených realizací Projektu, včetně řídících a vedoucích pracovníků. 8.5 Finanční podpora nemůže být poskytnuta na aktivity, které jsou nezákonné ve všech členských státech EU ani na aktivity, které jsou nezákonné v České republice. 8.6 Příjemce je povinen zajistit, aby činnosti v rámci Projektu 8.6.1 nevedly ke klonování lidí pro reprodukční účely; 8.6.2 nebyly určeny ke změně genetického dědictví lidských bytostí způsobem, který by xxxx učinit takové změny dědičnými (s výjimkou výzkumu týkajícího se léčby rakoviny gonád); 8.6.3 nebyly určeny k vytváření lidských embryí výhradně za účelem výzkumu nebo za účelem získávání kmenových buněk, včetně přenosu jader somatických buněk; a 8.6.4 nevedly ke zničení lidských embryí (například za účelem získání kmenových buněk); a 8.6.5 nezahrnovaly výzkum lidských embryí nebo lidských embryonálních kmenových buněk, aniž by k takovému výzkumu byl udělen výslovný písemný souhlas REA; 8.6.6 nebyly určeny pro xxxx xxx civilní účely. 8.7 Příjemce je povinen dodržovat zásady uvedené v Doporučení Komise ze dne 11. března 2005 o Evropské chartě pro výzkumné pracovníky a o Kodexu chování pro přijímání výzkumných pracovníků, a to zejména ve věci pracovních podmínek, transparentního procesu přij ímání zaměstnanců na základě jejich kvalit a kariérního rozvoje. Příjemce poučí veškeré své zaměstnance podílející se na realizaci Projektu o těchto zásadách. 8.8 Příjemce je povinen v souvislosti s realizací Projektu dodržovat základní zásady integrity výzkumu v souladu s Evropským kodexem integrity výzkumu, a to zejména zásad 8.8.1 spolehlivosti při zajišťová...

In accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement, we hereby authorize you to liquidate all of the assets in the Trust Account and transfer the total proceeds into a segregated account held by you on behalf of the Beneficiaries to await distribution to the Public Stockholders. The Company has selected [_________, 20__]1 as the effective date for the purpose of determining when the Public Stockholders will be entitled to receive their share of the liquidation proceeds.
