Each such committee may establishestablish a 22 subcommittee for the purpose of granting ETO per the unit scheduling committee and 23 contract guidelines. These guidelines will address, at a minimum: 24 • The definition of "prime time" for that unit. 25 • The number of staff that can be scheduled off at any time, 26 including "prime-time." 27 • A fair and equitable system of assigning holidays including New 28 Year’s Eve. 30 These guidelines must be in compliance with this Article, they are intended to supplement, 31 but not replace, the provisions of this Agreement. 32
