Common use of Evacuation and Relocation Clause in Contracts

Evacuation and Relocation. In the event that a Force Majeure requires evacuation or relocation of the student in accordance with the requirements established by the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, the State of North Carolina, the University of North Carolina or UNC Charlotte, the student must immediately comply with such evacuation or relocation order. UNC Xxxxxxxxx shall have no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the student’s personal property that is left behind in any residential facility following the student’s evacuation or relocation.
