Common use of Evacuation of Building Clause in Contracts

Evacuation of Building. Resident agrees to evacuate the Building in the case of emergency (including any fire alarms or scheduled drills) at the sole discretion of Management and/or the University. Resident understands that no reduction of Contract Fees will be given in the case of emergency evacuations or drills.
