BOOKING DETAILS. 2.1.1 Once you have filled out the Booking Details emailed to you with respect to your hire requirements, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your request. This does not mean the booking has been accepted. We will send you a confirmation email with our contact details, details of the Product you have hired (and any additional add-ons) for the requested event date, the final full cost (including VAT) and an invoice for the Booking Fee. A contract between us will only be formed once we confirm receipt of your Booking Fee for hire of the Product on the requested date. If a Product is no longer available for hire we will inform you of this by email and your order will not be processed, or if a payment was taken you will be refunded for the full amount.

BOOKING DETAILS. Guest registration is required for all bookings. The registration process requires a copy of a driver’s license and credit card. These are held by the system securely for 14 days after the departure date. All adults staying at a property may be required to register. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am. NOTE: These times may be adjusted. There will be no refund or credit should these times be adjusted after you have booked the property. Further, we cannot guarantee that a property will be ready at the said check in time. We will endeavour to have the property ready; however, unforeseen circumstances can result in delays. In the case of a delay there will be no compensation provided. We may be able to offer an early check in or late check out, however this may incur an additional charge. We cannot always guarantee that the property will be accessible at the agreed time, if we are unable to honour the early check in or late check out due to an unforeseen circumstance, a full refund of the fees charged above the tariff will be reimbursed. Unauthorised early check in or late check out will be charged at a minimum of $50 per hour.
BOOKING DETAILS. As discussed at the initial meeting, I carry out house sitting around my dog walking business. By signing this agreement, you accept that your house and pet(s) will therefore be left alone for periods of time throughout each day: the duration of which will vary depending on what other clients I have each day. As a minimum, your dog(s) will get walked in the morning, prior to leaving for my morning visits, and again in the evening once I have finished my other visits. They will also get a lunchtime let out visit during the day. Payment is to be by bank transfer, direct debit or cash. Cheques are not accepted. Such details shall include and may not be limited to full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, and any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies you have which may affect Brave Nu’s ability to complete travel arrangements without limitation. Tourist hereby represents and warrants the accuracy of the requested details Tourist will submit to Brave Nu. Brave Nu reserves the right to cancel any trip and assign such spot to the next eligible traveler on the Waitlist without any refund owed to Tourist, if all requested information is not provided within 30 days of the trip start date (or at the time of booking if purchased less than 30 days prior to the trip start date).
