Event Supervision. In the event that an employee supervises an event or is as- signed a task after the regular workday, he/she will be compensated according to the terms of the KWEA Master Agreement Schedule C. The Activities Director or the employee’s su- pervisor will preapprove any assignment in writing. Hourly work will count as part of the total work week.
Event Supervision. 1. City employees will be assigned to permitted activities and shall have complete authority over the facility, all equipment, participants and activities, including the authority to request changes in activities or cessation of activities. Applicants, as permit holders, may consult with the City’s employee(s) on duty during their use, in regards to their needs, if any.
2. Any non-alcoholic event exceeding 150 guests will require an event security on site for the event.
3. The applicant must be present during the entire rental period and must be available to review both a pre-activity and a post-activity checklist with a City employee. The only exception to this rule is when an honoree (i.e., bride and groom) is the applicant. In this case, the applicant must designate another attendee to review the checklists at the time that the room set up is submitted.
Event Supervision. The Hirer will be responsible for supervision of the Hall during the hire period. The scope of the Hirer’s responsibility will include adherence to all licencing restrictions, compliance with the child protection and safeguarding legislation and ensuring good behaviour.

Principals are expected to supervise 100% of educational and co-curricular after school events for their respective schools (Back-to-School, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Music Concerts, Kindergarten/Boost Parent Orientation, Etc.). Principals are also expected to supervise a minimum of fifteen (15) Extra-Curricular after school events (Athletic Events, Plays, Prom, Etc.), under the discretion of the Athletic Director or Superintendent. The rate of compensation paid to each principal will be set at a rate of $100.00 per event.

RPC employees/members (known as stewards) may be assigned to permitted activities and shall have complete authority over the facility, all equipment, participants and activities, including the authority to request changes in activities or cessation of activities. Applicants, as permit holders, may consult with the RPC‟s representative(s) on duty during their use, in regards to their needs, if any.
b. The applicant must be present during the entire rental period and must be available to review both a pre- activity and a post-activity checklist with a RPC representative at our request.
c. RPC stewards have the authority to curtail an event if violations of this policy are present and are not corrected after one warning is given. In this case, all fees and deposits will be forfeited.
Event Supervision. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain supervision of the premises and assure that all participants are kept within the authorized usage area. The user group or individual is in charge of and responsible for the actions of all participants while on the premises, before, during, and after the usage. Applicable Laws And Rules All events should conform to basic sense of decorum and values consistent with the usage of church property and basic community moral standards. The scheduled user agrees to comply with all laws, ordinances, and rules of BMBC, the City of Cincinnati, the State of Ohio, and the United States. This includes: ❖ Drugs and Alcoholic Beverages Prohibition: No alcoholic beverages (except Champagne) are allowed on the premises. The usage, sale or possession on church premises of alcohol, controlled substances, or any drug not medically authorized is strictly prohibited. Possession of alcohol or controlled substances will result in immediate termination of the event and loss of deposit and all fees. ❖ No smoking is allowed inside of or within 30 feet of the outer entryways to the BMBC building. ❖ Possession of Weapons and Explosives Prohibition: Firearms, weapons, ammunition, fireworks, sparklers, explosives, and highly flammable materials are not allowed within the building or on the grounds.
Event Supervision. For school events that require additional adult supervision/chaperones (for example, dances, sporting events, concerts, walk-a-thons), $50 per event is provided as compensation through a timesheet. The principal or designee assigns event supervisors.
