Common use of Evaluation and Research Clause in Contracts

Evaluation and Research. The Agency agrees to participate in research, evaluation studies, or needs assessments sponsored by the Recipient, the Health Resources & Services Administration (“HRSA”), or the HIV/AIDS Health Services Planning Council (hereinafter referred to as “Planning Council”) in order to evaluate the effect of Consumer service activities, or on the appropriateness and quality of Services. In addition, the Agency agrees to actively participate in on-going meetings or task forces aimed to increase, enhance, and maintain coordination and collaboration among HIV/AIDS related health and support agencies. The Agency shall notify the Recipient in advance of any research or studies being conducted or participated in by the Agency that may involve any Consumers receiving Xxxx Xxxxx Part A funded services or Services under this Contract.
