Evaluation by Immediate Supervisor Clause Samples
The 'Evaluation by Immediate Supervisor' clause establishes that an employee's performance or conduct will be assessed directly by their immediate supervisor. In practice, this means that the supervisor who oversees the employee's daily work is responsible for conducting formal reviews, providing feedback, and documenting performance metrics. This approach ensures that evaluations are based on direct observation and relevant experience, promoting fairness and accuracy in performance assessments.
Evaluation by Immediate Supervisor. The immediate supervisor shall conduct a separate evaluation and share those portions with the committee which relate to the criteria specified in Subsection 4.2.9.b. above. The supervisor is not required to disclose information to the committee related to disciplinary actions.
Evaluation by Immediate Supervisor. The chief responsibility 17 for formal employee evaluation shall be that of the immediate supervisor; 18 however, the responsibility shall be shared with the Superintendent or 19 his/her designee. 21 Such evaluation is to be based upon observation of the employee’s work, 22 spaced over a sufficient period of time to allow for an adequate sampling of 23 the employee’s performance. 24
