Evaluation of Other Certificated/Licensed Staff. 7.8.1 Members to whom the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System is not applicable will be evaluated using the rubrics found in “Enhancing Professional Practice” Second Edition. 7.8.2 The same timelines and procedures will apply to these members as are found in Section 7.6. 7.8.3 The entire evaluation will be based upon performance.
