Evaluation of Other Certificated/Licensed Staff. 1. Members to whom the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System is not applicable will be evaluated by the District. For school counselors, the parties agree to use the Ohio School Counselor Evaluation System (OSCES). 2. The same timelines of evaluation will apply to these members. 3.
