The Forest Grove Community School shall pursue and make reasonable progress toward achievement of the goals, objectives and student performance standards consistent with those set forth in Exhibit B and this section, provided that such goals, objectives and student performance standards shall at all times remain in compliance with Oregon law and the provisions of this Contract.
