Common use of Evaluation of Tenure Track and Tenured Faculty Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Tenure Track and Tenured Faculty. A. As part of the initial job appointment, the tenure track faculty member will, upon written request, receive a copy of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement from the Xxxxxxx’x Office which shall include all necessary details regarding evaluation procedures and expectations. The Collective Bargaining Agreement is available via the WOU Xxxxxxx’x web site. B. The Division Chair shall be responsible for assisting each tenure track faculty member in answering questions regarding the expectations and procedures related to evaluation. C. All tenure track faculty will complete an Annual Faculty Report and submit to the Division Chair no later than 30 June that includes an updated CV, a summary of accomplishments for the year and progress towards meeting previously stated goals and new goals for improvement. D. Tenure track faculty will also submit their files for continuation, promotion, and tenure as specified elsewhere in Article 8. A copy of the DPRC recommendation will be provided to the faculty member by the DPRC at the same time it is submitted to the Xxxx.
