Evaluation of the CAB. On at least a quarterly basis, the CAB shall evaluate its compliance with the Governance Requirements and report its findings and any recommendations for corrective action to the COUNTY's DHHS. The CAB shall evaluate itself and its actions for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with the authorities set forth in this Agreement on a yearly basis, consistent with the requirements of Section 330.
