Evaluation of the Candidate. 10.06.01 The evaluation process shall place primary importance on the candidate’s effectiveness in his/her teaching appointment while considering all the criteria in this section. 10.06.02 Each committee shall consider only the following criteria in the course of evaluating the effectiveness of each candidate in his/her teaching appointment. The candidates shall demonstrate, and document in their Tenure Portfolios, (as described in Article 10.07) evidence of continued excellence in each of these areas during each probationary year as appropriate: 10.06.02.01 Excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment: Candidates will be evaluated on Teaching, Learning and Assessment activities such as those outlined in Article 8.05.04.01.
