Evaluation Report. 20.8.3.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and first-level manager or designee and include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.8.2) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the first-level manager or designee cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include a written explanation. 20.8.3.2 For satisfactory evaluations only, evaluators may note less-than-serious deficiencies that do not warrant an improvement plan. The first-level manager shall monitor improvement of noted less-than-serious deficiencies until the evaluatee’s next evaluation.
