Common use of Event Analysis and Reliability Improvement Clause in Contracts

Event Analysis and Reliability Improvement. [REGIONAL ENTITY] shall conduct event analysis pursuant to the NERC Rules of Procedure, applicable governmental regulations, and policies and procedures that NERC may from time to time develop. NERC and [REGIONAL ENTITY] shall coordinate event analysis to support the effective and efficient use of their collective resources, consistency in event analysis, and timely delivery of event analysis reports. In collaboration with NERC, [REGIONAL ENTITY] shall disseminate to the electric industry lessons learned and other information obtained or resulting from event analysis.
