Common use of Event Analysis and Reliability Improvement Clause in Contracts

Event Analysis and Reliability Improvement. SERC shall conduct event analysis pursuant to the NERC Rules of Procedure, applicable governmental regulations, and policies and procedures that NERC may from time to time develop. NERC and SERC shall coordinate event analysis to support the effective and efficient use of their collective resources, consistency in event analysis, and timely delivery of event analysis reports. In collaboration with NERC, SERC shall disseminate to the electric industry lessons learned and other information obtained or resulting from event analysis.
